CSV to PDF converter

Turn a CSV into a tidy PDF table you can print, email or attach to a report. Long tables flow across pages with the header repeated, and wide tables switch to landscape automatically.

Private by design

The conversion runs as JavaScript in this tab. Your data is not uploaded, logged or stored. There is no account and no file-size paywall.

Fitting wide tables on a page

A PDF page is fixed width, so a CSV with many columns needs help: switch to landscape, drop the font to 7 or 8 pt, or choose A3/Legal. Long cell values wrap inside their cell rather than being cut off. If a table has dozens of columns, consider removing the ones you don’t need in the CSV viewer first.

When PDF is the wrong format

PDF is for reading and printing. If someone needs to sort, filter or calculate with the data, send an .xlsx from the CSV to Excel converter instead.

Questions

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read by JavaScript in this tab and never leaves your device. You can load the page, switch off Wi-Fi and it keeps working.

Is the header repeated on each page?

Yes, when “First row is a header” is ticked.

Why do some characters show as gibberish?

The PDF uses the standard Helvetica font, which covers Western European characters only. For other alphabets, use CSV to HTML table and print that page to PDF from your browser.

Is there a row limit?

Thousands of rows work fine; very large tables take a few seconds to lay out and produce many pages.
